*SRO Leadership Training
CASRO now offers SRO Leadership Training.
It is our mission to assist new school resource officers to gain the knowledge they need to provide excellent service to their school.
To assist new officers and supervisors, CASRO also offers SRO mentorship (see below).
SRO Mentorship
The Rocky Mountain Safe Schools Mentorship Program provides mentors to shadow new school resource officers and to be available to answer questions, help with issues, and provide experienced guidance when needed.
Supervisor Network and Guidance Block
We also want to provide supervisors a network to communicate on school safety related issues.
The supervisors block allows for new SRO supervisors to meet and traing with experienced SRO supervisors.
These experienced SRO supervisors are the best and most experienced school safety supervisors in the State.
The CASRO Board is a resource to SRO supervisors to assist with areas such as FERPA and information sharing. More...
